Spring is Sprung!!

It's Spring!! Finally!! My early rhodies have already been blooming and my Red Flowering Current is in full bloom. I finally have everything pruned and my sod is finished. The $50 peony I thought died in the real cold snaps we had in November and January survived and is doing well. We are starting on the flower beds now. I really like this time of year!!!

I love this time of year too. Enjoying reading your blog. I live in Victoria BC so we have the PNW in common. I read in our local newspaper that we had one of the warmest, driest March's on record so I wonder if we're in for another hot, dry summer. Luckily I didn't lose anything over the winter in my garden. I too keep a gardening blog.....easier for me than a journal.
